EmpoweerNEET project- Call for Tenders: Training Provider for Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) Entrepreneurship Training

The EmpoweerNEET project is seeking a qualified training provider to deliver an in-person training programme on Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) entrepreneurship in Catalonia, along with the facilitation of a final showcase event for participants’ projects. Project Overview

The EmpoweerNEET project, aims to empower young people and women (NEETs) through capacity building and integration into the Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) across several Mediterranean countries.

Objective of the Call

The purpose of this call is to contract a qualified training provider to:

  • Deliver an in-person training programme on Entrepreneurship in the Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) in Catalonia
  • Facilitate the final session for participants’ project presentations (“End-of-Module Showcase”)
    Scope of Services

The assignment includes:

  • Delivery of a 20-day in-person training programme for up to 50 participants
  • Facilitation of a final 1-day showcase event
  • Methodological adaptation of pre-developed training materials
  • Preparation of training outputs and final reports

Location: Catalonia (Mataró, Caldes de Montbui, Terrassa, Gavà, and Barcelona)
Implementation period: June- October 2026

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in SSE and entrepreneurship training
  • Strong facilitation and participatory training skills
  • Qualified training team
  • Experience in similar assignments

Budget

Maximum available budget: €13,300 (all taxes included)
