A total of 59 projects are under implementation as part of the first call for proposals. These initiatives are worth over €130 million and bring together more than 380 partner organisations.

The call for green transition projects, aimed at tackling climate challenges across the Mediterranean, received an overwhelming 814 proposals. 49 projects - worth over €128 million and involving 331 actors from the 15 countries participating in the Programme - were approved by the Monitoring Committee on 5 May 2026 and are currently under contracting.

This last call for the 2021-2027 period is dedicated to capitalisation projects in the sustainable tourism sector. With a budget of €8.2 million in EU funding, the call is launched within the framework of the Mediterranean Multi-Programme Mechanism (MMM), a major coordination initiative bringing together 10 Interreg programmes. Deadline for application: 29 October 2026.
