The MEDinCHAMBERS project will host an online Info Session in Egypt on Thursday, 30th April 2026, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Following the Info Days already successfully held in Italy and Greece, this session continues a coordinated series of national events aimed at informing companies and stakeholders in the Textile, Clothing, Leather, and Footwear (TCLF) sectors about the opportunities offered by the project, with further Info Days planned in the coming months.
Organized by the project partner CEBA – The Confederation of Egyptian European Business Associations, the session will provide an overview of the project’s main activities, including:
- Project background and context
- Key objectives and expected impact
- Target groups, specifically chambers, SMEs, and stakeholders in the Mediterranean region
- Services offered to beneficiaries, such as training, networking, and support tools
- Opportunities for participation and engagement
According to the agenda, the session will open with welcome remarks and participant introductions, followed by the presentation of the MEDinCHAMBERS project and its activities and opportunities.
The event will also introduce the upcoming Focus Group activity, which is dedicated to presenting objectives, identifying key stakeholders, and exploring the critical issues, challenges, and needs of the Egyptian ecosystem. The meeting will conclude with an interactive discussion, an open Q&A session, and closing remarks.
This event is part of a wider series of national Info Days organized by all MEDinCHAMBERS project partners across participating countries, including Greece, Italy, Spain, Türkiye, Tunisia, and Egypt. These coordinated events aim to engage local stakeholders at the national level while contributing to a shared Mediterranean effort to support the transition towards more sustainable and fair trade practices in the textile sector, with additional events to follow.
