HorizonCraft: Call for tender for the production of social media reels

HorizonCraft launches a call for tender for the production of six social media reels for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. The service will support the project’s communication and dissemination activities across the Euro-Mediterranean area. Within the framework of HorizonCraft – Sailing towards Mediterranean expertise building, funded by the Interreg NEXT MED Programme, TDM 2000 ODV, Lead Partner of the project, is launching a call for tender for videomaking and editing services aimed at producing short video content for the project’s communication and dissemination activities.

The tender concerns the production of six social media reels to be used on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. The selected provider will be responsible for the creation and delivery of short videos, including filming where required, editing, adaptation to social media formats, subtitles, covers and final export files ready for publication. The service will support HorizonCraft’s objective of increasing the visibility of its activities, results and opportunities across the Euro-Mediterranean area.

HorizonCraft is a 24-month Euro-Mediterranean project involving partners from Italy, Lebanon and Egypt. The project addresses youth employability by strengthening the connection between young people and micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, with a focus on capacity building, digital matching, internship opportunities and cooperation among organizations and companies in the Mediterranean region.

The maximum available budget for the service is €3,600.00 excluding VAT. The call is open to companies, organizations and individual professionals with a valid VAT number and the ability to issue invoices. Offers will be evaluated according to the best value for money principle, with 70 points assigned to quality and 30 points to price. The quality assessment will consider the relevance of the portfolio, the creative proposal, the operational plan, delivery timeline, subtitles, consistency of style and revision process.

Applicants are required to submit the mandatory tender documents, including the technical offer, financial offer, declaration on honour, declaration of absence of conflict of interest, proof of VAT registration or equivalent documentation, and a portfolio with at least two relevant examples of previous work. Offers exceeding the maximum budget or missing mandatory signed documents will be excluded.
