KMOP – Family and Childcare Centre has launched a call for Trainer Services under the EmpoweerNEET project. This project is funded by the Interreg NEXT MED Programme.

The project aims to support young people who are Not in Employment, Education, or Training (NEETs). It helps them build skills in the Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE). In addition, it promotes their access to work and social entrepreneurship opportunities.

The selected trainer will design and deliver a hybrid training programme in Greece. The programme will include face-to-face and online sessions. Moreover, it will use practical and interactive learning methods.

The trainer will adapt five training modules to meet the needs of participants. These modules cover employability, social entrepreneurship, business skills, digital tools, and leadership development.

In addition, the trainer will:

  • deliver 40 days of training activities
  • select and engage participants together with KMOP
  • monitor participant progress

Furthermore, the trainer will ensure that all training materials are aligned with project objectives. KMOP will review and approve all materials before final use.
