The Confederation of Egyptian European Business Associations (CEEBA) is inviting applications from experienced external trainers to contribute to the green transition of the Textile, Clothing, Leather & Footwear (TCLF) sector across the Mediterranean region.
About the Role
Selected trainers will play a key role in delivering high-impact support to Creative and Cultural Industries (CCIs) and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The assignment focuses on enabling businesses to adopt circular and sustainable practices, while strengthening the capacity of business support organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver practical, hands-on training sessions
Provide coaching and facilitation to SMEs and CCIs
Support the integration of circular economy principles
Contribute to capacity building for business support organizations
Assignment Highlights
Hybrid delivery model (Cairo, Alexandria, and online)

Requirements
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
Minimum 10 years of experience in training and facilitation
Proven experience working with SMEs and/or EU-funded projects
