After its launch phase, SmartGreenEcos is now entering a more implementation-oriented stage. Building on the first strategic decisions taken by the partnership, the project is moving forward with a clear focus on engaging and selecting the 100 SMEs that will participate in the SmartGreenEcos ecosystem, with 25 companies from each partner country.

At the same time, the project will advance the development of its future services and platforms. These next steps are designed to turn the project’s shared vision into practical support for businesses, while ensuring that the tools and activities developed respond to real operational needs.

In parallel, SmartGreenEcos will continue its communication and outreach efforts and strengthen its interaction with SMEs in the selected sector. This approach is intended to keep the project closely connected to business realities and to support the design of services that create practical value for participating companies.

Dairy SMEs and relevant value-chain actors in Cyprus, Greece, Tunisia and Jordan are encouraged to follow the project’s upcoming updates and future opportunities for engagement. The project’s next phase will be shaped in close connection with real business needs and sector priorities.

At the same time, SmartGreenEcos will continue to strengthen cooperation among partners and contribute to a long-term framework for collaboration beyond the project’s lifetime. In this way, the project aims not only to support the green and digital transition of SMEs, but also to help shape a more connected, innovative and sustainable agri-food ecosystem in the Mediterranean.
