The National League for Culture & Development (NLCD) launches a call to develop a multilingual digital platform that promotes youth collaboration, networking, and knowledge exchange across the Mediterranean region.
The National League for Culture & Development (NLCD), partner in the YOUTHMED project funded by the European Union under the Interreg NEXT MED Programme, launched a Call for Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the development of a multilingual digital collaboration platform supporting youth cooperation, networking, knowledge exchange, and collaborative interaction across the Mediterranean region.
The platform is intended to function as a collaborative digital environment connecting youth organizations, stakeholders, and cross-border initiatives through multilingual communication, knowledge exchange, and collaborative interaction tools.
The platform will support:
• organizational networking and collaboration;
• multilingual communication;
• collaborative digital workspaces;
• proposal and opportunity matching;
• smart interaction and knowledge-sharing functionalities.
This announcement represents the Expression of Interest (EOI) phase only. Shortlisted applicants will later be invited to submit detailed technical and financial offers.
