Kendro Merimnas Oikoyenias kai Pediou “KMOP”-Greece invites young people aged 18–29 to join the EmpoweerNEET Training Programme. The programme offers training, mentoring, job shadowing, and practical learning opportunities.
The programme supports young people who are not in employment, education, or training (NEETs). It helps participants strengthen their employability, entrepreneurial, digital, and personal development skills. Moreover, it promotes opportunities within the Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE).
What does the programme offer?
The EmpoweerNEET Training Programme will run from mid-June to October 2026. It includes 40 training days delivered through a blended learning approach. Participants will attend both online and face-to-face sessions.
The programme covers five thematic modules:
Employability and professional readiness
Social entrepreneurship and Social and Solidarity Economy
Business planning and financial literacy
Digital skills and communication tools
Leadership and personal development
Practical learning and mentoring opportunities
Participants will take part in interactive workshops and practical learning activities. In addition, they will receive mentoring and coaching support throughout the programme.
Furthermore, participants will build professional networks and connect with organisations working in relevant sectors. They will also gain access to project activities such as job shadowing, advisory services, and short-term international mobility opportunities.

Application process
Participation is free of charge. However, places are limited. KMOP will select participants according to the eligibility criteria and the order of applications received.
KMOP will announce the location of the face-to-face sessions and the detailed training schedule before the programme starts.
Finally, participants who successfully complete the programme will receive a certificate of participation.
