Egypt; the HorizonCraft project is looking for experts and service providers

The Confederation of Egyptian European Business Associations (CEEBA) is pleased to announce a Call for Experts, Trainers, and Service Providers to support the implementation of the HorizonCraft Project – “Sailing towards Mediterranean Expertise Building”, funded by the European Union under the Interreg NEXT MED Programme.

HorizonCraft aims to strengthen skills development, entrepreneurship, and employability opportunities for young people through innovative training approaches, capacity-building activities, and enhanced collaboration between education providers, businesses, and local stakeholders across the Mediterranean region.

Scope of Expertise

CEEBA is seeking qualified professionals and organizations with proven experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Curriculum and training module development
  • Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET)
  • Youth employability programmes
  • Entrepreneurship and business skills development
  • Training delivery and facilitation
  • Mentoring, coaching, and onboarding methodologies
  • Labour market analysis and SME engagement
  • Application of the EntreComp, DigiComp, and GreenComp competency frameworks

Expected Assignments

Selected experts and service providers may contribute to the following activities:

  • Development of tutors’ curricula and interactive training modules
  • Preparation of training session outlines and learning materials
  • Delivery of youth capacity-building and skills development trainings
  • Development of a tutors’ guide and supporting toolkit
  • Provision of technical expertise to support project implementation and capacity-building objectives

Assignment Details

Location: Alexandria, Egypt
Duration: Up to 8 months
