EmpoweerNEET Project: Call for Catering Service Provider in Lebanon

Business Consultancy and Training Services – BCTS invites catering service providers in Lebanon to apply for the EmpoweerNEET Project. The selected provider will support training activities through food and beverage services.

Business Consultancy and Training Services (BCTS) launches a Call for Catering Service Providers under the EmpoweerNEET Project in Lebanon.

The call supports the implementation of the EmpoweerNEET training programme by providing food and beverage services during in-person training sessions scheduled between July and October 2026.

The selected provider(s) will deliver catering services for approximately 60 participants per training day across 20 in-person training days. Consequently, the assignment will cover around 1,200 catering boxes throughout the implementation period.

Supporting Capacity-Building Activities

EmpoweerNEET supports young people who are not in education, employment, or training (NEETs) across the Mediterranean region. The project strengthens employability, entrepreneurship, and socio-economic inclusion through training, mentoring, and practical learning opportunities. In addition, it promotes participation in the Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE).

In Lebanon, BCTS implements the project’s capacity-building activities through a blended learning programme. Specifically, the programme combines online and face-to-face training sessions, mentoring activities, and practical learning experiences.

Scope of Services

The selected catering provider(s) will:

  • Deliver catering services during 20 in-person training days.
  • Provide fresh meals, desserts, and beverages.
  • Offer menu variety, including vegetarian options.
  • Ensure timely delivery to designated training venues.
  • Comply with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Coordinate closely with BCTS regarding schedules, quantities, and participant requirements.

Furthermore, providers should demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness throughout the implementation period.

Eligibility and Application Process

Interested service providers must demonstrate relevant experience in catering services. In particular, applicants should have experience supporting workshops, training activities, conferences, or similar events.

Moreover, applicants must submit technical, financial, and administrative documentation as described in the attached Terms of Reference (ToR).
