About YIELD

YIELD addresses the pressing challenge of youth entrepreneurship in the EUROMED region. Young people aged 18–30 — whether recent graduates, unemployed, or early in their careers -face significant barriers to turning innovative ideas into sustainable businesses. YIELD provides a comprehensive, transnational support system to help them overcome those barriers.

The project is implemented by a consortium of 6 partners from 5 countries (Greece, Italy, Jordan, Egypt, Palestine), supported by 10 associated partners, over a period of 24 months with a total budget of €1,001,483.50.

The 90-minute session will give you a complete picture of the YIELD project:

  • Why YIELD exists -the EUROMED youth entrepreneurship challenge and the opportunity in BGCE deep tech sectors
  • The 10 transnational BGCE challenges selected by the consortium (Blue Economy, Green Economy, Circular Economy, Eco-Innovation)
  • The full YIELD journey: from the open call and team selection through entrepreneurship acceleration training, business development services, envoy missions, and mainstreaming
  • The roadmap ahead for the 50 selected entrepreneurial teams
