ActionAid Hellas is seeking an external provider (individual or organisation) to support the implementation of the DIGIWAVE training programme in Greece, in the framework of the EU-funded Interreg NEXT MED project DIGIWAVE – Women Access Versatile Employment in Digital Economy.
Specifically, the selected provider will be responsible for: developing, translating and contextualising the DIGIWAVE training materials from English into Greek that have already been developed; delivering two cycles of the programme — a pilot phase targeting 18 women in Athens (September–November 2026) and a full-scale phase targeting 40 women (September–November 2027) — each consisting of 30 sessions totalling 125 hours across 6 thematic modules (entrepreneurship, market research, marketing, financial management, digitalisation, and business operations); and providing coaching and technical support to participants in the months following each training cycle.
The programme is delivered at the ActionAid Greece Community Centre in Athens and combines face-to-face and asynchronous e-learning.
