The SHAREN project – Energy-SHARing solutions and communities for enhanced energy efficiency in Mediterranean historic centres – is launching a call for the provision of integrated communication and dissemination services to support the visibility, outreach and impact of the project throughout its implementation.

SHAREN, coordinated by the Valencia Institute of Building (IVE) and co-funded by the European Union through the Interreg NEXT MED Programme, brings together partners from across the Mediterranean to promote innovative energy-sharing solutions and renewable energy communities in historic urban areas.

Scope of the contract

The selected contractor will be responsible for supporting the design and implementation of SHAREN’s communication activities, ensuring that project objectives, progress and results are effectively communicated to a wide range of audiences.

The contract includes, among other tasks:

  • Strategic communication planning and implementation.
  • Content creation for digital and printed media.
  • Graphic design and visual identity development.
  • Social media management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Production of communication materials, publications and audiovisual content.
  • Support for the dissemination of project results at local, national and Mediterranean level.

Looking for creativity and impact

SHAREN is seeking a communication partner capable of translating complex technical concepts related to energy efficiency, energy sharing and renewable energy communities into clear, engaging and accessible messages.

Particular value will be given to approaches that help connect with citizens, local authorities, businesses and community stakeholders, encouraging participation and increasing awareness of the opportunities offered by collaborative energy solutions in historic centres.

Why this role matters

Communication plays a key role in ensuring that the knowledge, tools and solutions developed by SHAREN reach the communities that can benefit from them.

By combining technical expertise with creativity and stakeholder engagement, the selected contractor will contribute to increasing the visibility, transferability and long-term impact of project results across the Mediterranean region.
