Hamza Al Shehab, Executive Director of Deir Alla Municipality, is actively supporting the implementation of SMARTMED initiatives in Deir Alla, driving the municipality’s vision for digital transformation and smarter urban development.

Through the SMART-MED-CITIES (SMARTMED) project, partners are working together to introduce smart city technologies that strengthen municipal operations, improve citizens’ quality of life and promote sustainable urban development.

Hamza Al Shehab is leading the implementation of SMARTMED activities within Deir Alla Municipality, supporting the adoption of innovative digital solutions that contribute to a more efficient, sustainable and citizen-centred municipality.

As part of the SMART-MED-CITIES (SMARTMED) project, Deir Alla Municipality is working towards the implementation of smart city solutions that enhance municipal services, improve operational efficiency and support the municipality’s long-term digital transformation strategy.

“We are working in the Municipality of Deir Alla to implement the Smart Cities project because we believe in the importance of keeping pace with modern developments and employing technology to improve the level of services provided to citizens and raise the efficiency of municipal work.
