PLANBEE Advances Sustainable Beekeeping in Jordan through Upcoming Advanced Training Programme
The PLANBEE project continues to expand its activities in Jordan with the upcoming free Advanced Training Programme in Beekeeping and Sustainable Practices, taking place on 16th and 18th July 2026 by Hand in Hand for Economic Empowerment and Entrepreneurship.
The training forms part of PLANBEE’s wider capacity-building activities across the Mediterranean, aiming to strengthen the Bee Economy, promote sustainable rural development, and support the professional growth of existing beekeepers. Through this specialised programme, Jordanian beekeepers will enhance their technical knowledge and practical skills in sustainable and organic beekeeping, hive health, pest control, honey quality, and local bee adaptation.

Target Group
This program is specifically designed for existing beekeepers, with priority given to those owning at least 10 hives. Membership in a registered national or local beekeepers’ association serves as an additional selection criterion.
