MEDAIGENCY is looking for Technical Consultants in Türkiye

MEDAIGENCY partner İzmir Kâtip Çelebi University is launching a call for technical consultants to support the co-development of a Disaster/Emergency Coordination System in Türkiye. İzmir Kâtip Çelebi University (İKÇÜ), acting as a project partner under the Interreg NEXT MED Programme within the framework of the MEDAIGENCY project, is seeking specialized technical co-development support to complement its own research and innovation activities.

The selected contractor will work in close collaboration with İKÇÜ’s academic and technical teams to design, develop, and pilot the Disaster/Emergency Coordination System. The system manages the entire flow — from AI-supported analysis of an assistance request submitted by a citizen, through the authority’s approval and task dispatch to field teams, to real-time status feedback.

This procurement procedure is conducted in accordance with the applicable rules of the Interreg NEXT MED Programme and the principles of transparency, equal treatment, and sound financial management.

Deadline for submission of offers: 25.07.2026, 23:59 (Türkiye time)
