Job Objectives:

the provision of technical support services to EXACT Business and the project partners, Work Package 3 of the ATLAS4MED project, in the implementation of WP3 — ‘Setting the Basis for Digitalisation of Rural Tourism’ — and specifically in the facilitation, coordination and documentation of Rural Living Lab (RLL) co-creation activities across ATLAS4MED partner territories, Analysis of RLL results; and Definition of the ATLAS Meta-Cluster Strategy.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • RLL 14-session design plan with facilitation guides and documentation templates
  • Stakeholder mapping and engagement plan (Sharqia quadruple helix)
  • Digital Maturity Baseline Report (Session 2 output)
  • Session co-facilitation records (minimum 7 sessions)
  • RLL Outputs Inventory
  • Final Digital Maturity Assessment Report
  • RLL Synthesis Document (input to A.3.2.2 workshop)
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS
  • The service provider shall provide technical, facilitation, documentation and drafting support to EXACT Business. The overall leadership, coordination, validation, reporting and final approval of WP3 activities and deliverables shall remain under the full responsibility of EXACT Business as project partner and WP3 lead.
