Our Greek partner THREE THIRDS SOCIETY, within the framework of the CReSInMed – Competitiveness and Internationalisation of Rural Tourism SMEs in the Mediterranean project, funded by the Interreg NEXT MED Programme 2021–2027, invites applications for the position of WP3 Manager.
The CReSInMed project aims to strengthen the competitiveness, internationalisation capacity, and sustainable growth of rural tourism SMEs across Mediterranean countries through joint capacity-building and internationalisation actions.
Within the project, Work Package 3 (WP3) – entitled “Capacity Building and empowerment of (M)SMEs capacities in Rural Tourism” – focuses on increasing the competences, professionalism, and empowerment of rural tourism SMEs through training activities, export readiness assessment, internationalisation planning, and skills development initiatives.
To support the effective implementation and coordination of WP3 activities, THREE THIRDS SOCIETY is recruiting a qualified WP3 Manager through an open and transparent procedure.
The selected expert will be responsible for the coordination, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of WP3 activities, ensuring that all actions are implemented in line with Interreg NEXT MED Programme rules, project objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
Main responsibilities will include:
- coordinating WP3 activities in collaboration with project partners and external experts;
- monitoring deliverables, outputs, and milestones according to the approved work plan;
- coordinating activities related to SME selection, export check-up analysis, business adaptation plans, and training activities;
- supervising the preparation of training materials, multimedia content, and e-learning resources;
- supporting communication and cooperation with SMEs, trainers, consultants, and project partners;
- contributing to technical reporting and quality assurance activities.
Applicants should have:
- a degree in Business Administration, Tourism Management, International Business, Project Management, Economics, Education, Social Work, or related fields;
- a Master of Science degree;
- at least 5 years of professional experience in EU-funded or internationally funded projects;
- experience in SME support, training coordination, capacity building, or internationalisation processes;
- familiarity with Interreg or similar European cooperation programmes;
- experience in coordinating international and multi-partner activities;
- excellent organisational and communication skills;
- good knowledge of Greek and English;
- ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.
The contract duration will cover the implementation period of WP3 until 6 July 2027. The total remuneration foreseen for the assignment is €10,650.00, in accordance with Programme rules and applicable national legislation.
