EmpoweerNEET Project: Call for Training Venue Service Providers in Lebanon

Business Consultancy and Training Services – BCTS invites hotels and training venues in Lebanon to apply for the EmpoweerNEET Project and support the delivery of in-person training activities.

Business Consultancy and Training Services (BCTS) launches a Call for Hotel and Training Venue Service Providers under the EmpoweerNEET Project in Lebanon.

The call aims to identify qualified hotels, conference centres, training venues, and event facilities to host the in-person component of the EmpoweerNEET capacity-building programme. The selected provider(s) will support the delivery of training activities scheduled between July and October 2026.

Supporting Skills Development and Youth Inclusion

EmpoweerNEET supports young people who are not in education, employment, or training (NEETs) across the Mediterranean region. The project strengthens employability, entrepreneurship, and socio-economic inclusion through training, mentoring, coaching, and practical learning opportunities. In addition, it promotes participation in the Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE).

In Lebanon, BCTS implements the project’s capacity-building activities through a blended learning programme that combines online and face-to-face training sessions.

Scope of Services

The selected provider(s) will host approximately 50 participants per training day across 20 in-person training days.

Applicants may submit offers for one or more of the following service options:

  • Training venue only
  • Training venue with coffee break services
  • Training venue with coffee break and lunch services

Furthermore, providers should ensure that training facilities offer a professional and accessible learning environment.

Venue Requirements

The proposed venue should include:

  • Air-conditioned training rooms
  • Appropriate seating and training furniture
  • Projector and presentation equipment
  • Internet connectivity
  • Restroom facilities
  • Reliable electricity supply
  • Accessibility for participants

In addition, providers may include catering services where available.

Eligibility and Application Process

Interested providers must demonstrate relevant experience in hosting training activities, workshops, conferences, or similar events. Moreover, applicants must hold the required legal registrations and demonstrate availability during the implementation period.

Applicants are invited to submit technical and financial proposals according to the requirements outlined in the attached Terms of Reference (ToR).
