On 18 May 2026, Aix-Marseille University (AMU) – France held an online training session entitled “Connecting the Dots”, aimed at managers and representatives of university centers supported under the EUSEEDS project. The session brought together participants from partner countries (Cyprus, Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan and Palestine) to explore how data-driven approaches can strengthen the day-to-day management and long-term sustainability of employability centers.
The session was structured around two complementary dimensions: monitoring and ecosystem mapping.
The first part presented monitoring tools and organizational practices designed to support centers in tracking their activities, assessing results, and building a decision-making process grounded in concrete data.
The second part focused on ecosystem mapping, introducing methods to identify and structure the different components of the environment in which the centers operate: governance models, services offered, companies and institutions involved, and the relevant stakeholder network.
Each theoretical module was followed by a hands-on workshop, during which participants worked in groups to develop their own stakeholder maps and design monitoring systems adapted to their respective national and institutional contexts.
