This workshop, organised by CITET as part of the Gov4GreenMed project, will bring together the Municipality of Nabeul and key operational stakeholders to transform the priorities identified during the first workshop into a shared action plan. Participants will review the updated plan, discuss governance arrangements, define roles and responsibilities, and agree on the implementation framework for the proposed actions.
