First Mediterranean Regions Resilience forum to take place in Alicante, Spain

On the 14th May 2026, institutional representatives and specialists from the scientific and technical fields will share best practices to promote greater territorial resilience.

On the 14th May 2026, Casa Mediterráneo in Alicante, Spain will host the first Mediterranean Regions Resilience where scientist and regional representatives will debate about how Mediterranean regions can join force and be more resilient to face and manage natural disasters.

Organised by the region of Valencia (Generalitat Valenciana) together with Casa Mediterráneo, the event will count on the participation of the Regional Council for the Environment from Sardinia region, representative from the ministry of Environment of Tunisia and representative from the Moroccan embassy in Spain among others.
