The Humanitarian Engineering Initiative (HEI) at the American University of Beirut (AUB), Lead Partner of the MEDAIGENCY project, is seeking a Grant Administration and Compliance Expert to provide technical and functional support in compliance management.

Role and Responsibilities
The Expert will:

  • Ensure compliance with Interreg NEXT MED rules, contractual obligations, and financial regulations.
  • Support internal monitoring, reporting, and quality assurance across the consortium.
  • Conduct periodic internal audits, spot checks, and cost documentation reviews.
  • Liaise with auditors and the Joint Secretariat to safeguard compliance and transparency.
  • Deliver training and guidance materials to strengthen partner capacity in compliance and grant management.
