The Jordan University of Science and Technology launches a call for expression of interest for the development of the ReTour Digital Innovation Hub Platform. The call refers to the provision of IT development and UX services for the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of a Digital Innovation Hub Platform supporting collaboration among tourism stakeholders.

The Digital Innovation Hub Platform will  act as a collaborative digital environment supporting:

  • Knowledge sharing, including the publication and exchange of documents, reports, best practices, and sharing of technologies and applications with permissions;
  • Stakeholder interaction, including discussion forums, comments, and moderated discussions;
  • Innovation brainstorming, including idea submission, feedback mechanisms, and structured collaboration;
  • Virtual engagement, including integration with online events and meeting platforms; and
  • Dissemination of best practices.

The contractor shall design, develop, and implement a web-based digital platform accessible through standard modern web browsers. The platform shall be built using a modular, scalable, and maintainable architecture, relying on widely adopted technologies that ensure long-term sustainability and ease of maintenance.
