Mancomunitat La Plana is a successful waste management model in Catalonia that still seeks to improve reuse, prevention, and circular economy practices. To do so, it participates in the Gov4GreenMed project as an associate partner, which promotes participatory governance and greener waste policies across Mediterranean municipalities.
