The agreement, countersigned by the Region of Sardinia in its capacity as Managing Authority, allows public and private organizations from Palestine to receive EU funds in the framework of Interreg NEXT MED.

This prize recognizes the work of people and/or institutions that with their trajectory or projects have contributed to boosting the Mediterranean identity, promoting sustainable and integrated development on all its shores. The deadline to apply is on the 29th May 2024 at 12 CET.

The two winners of the "Woman Greening Food Systems Award" will each receive a cash prize of €10,000, recognizing the remarkable contributions of women in shaping sustainable food systems across the Mediterranean.
