Following a rigorous and collaborative cross-border evaluation process carried out by the regional partnership, the Youth Innovators Entrepreneurship Launchpad for Deep Tech (YIELD) project, co-funded by the European Union under the Interreg NEXT MED Programme, has officially approved the final shortlisted entrepreneurial teams selected to enter its intensive training tracks.

The call targeted deep-tech innovators capable of driving solutions for the Blue-Green Circular Economy (BGCE) across five participating Euro-Mediterranean territories.

Selection framework & metrics

To guarantee absolute transparency and alignment with Euro-Mediterranean standards, teams were assessed and ordered based on their Combined Average Evaluation Scores. These scores reflect joint appraisals from cross-border partner committees (including UoI-Greece, KINNO-Greece, JUST-Jordan, VITECO-Italy, ASRT-Egypt, LEADERS-Palestine).

The final training cohort consists of 50 deep-tech teams distributed as follows:

  • Jordan: 12 Teams
  • Egypt: 11 Teams
  • Palestine: 11 Teams
  • Greece: 10 Teams
  • Italy: 6 Teams
