YOUTHMED project has successfully completed its three-day Training of Trainers (ToT), bringing together around 40 trainers and youth professionals from Lebanon, Spain, Greece, and Egypt in an interactive online learning environment.
During the training, participants explored the newly developed YOUTHMED Joint Curriculum, strengthening their knowledge and facilitation skills in Digital Marketing, Social Media for Youth Empowerment, and Critical Thinking & Media Literacy through interactive sessions, collaborative discussions, and practical exercises.
The Training of Trainers represents a major milestone in the project’s implementation. Over the coming months, the trained facilitators will deliver national training programmes that will equip 480 young people across the Mediterranean with practical digital, communication, and critical thinking skills, contributing to greater youth participation, inclusion, and cross-border cooperation.
The successful completion of the ToT marks the transition from curriculum development to large-scale capacity building, bringing YOUTHMED one step closer to its objective of empowering young people and strengthening youth organisations across the Mediterranean.
