This call for tenders aims to select an independent external financial auditor to audit all expenditures incurred by the Catalan Fashion Cluster (MODACC) within the framework of the MATRIX - Mediterranean Pathway for Circular Textiles, project co-funded by the European Union under the Programme Interreg NEXT MED.

The MATRIX project is funded under the Interreg NEXT MED Programme and implemented through a transnational partnership and CEEBA participates as its project partner from Egypt. In line with Interreg NEXT MED Programme requirements, CEEBA is looking a approved First Level Controller (FLC) that independently verifies the expenditures declared by CEEBA prior to submission to the Managing Authority.

The project aims to transform fashion design in the Mediterranean through the Circular Fashion Design Toolbox, a set of practical tools focused on three key areas: resources (water and energy), materials, and digitalization.
