Representatives of the ReTour Project from JUSR and Specto met with the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Jordan Hotels Association. The engagement also emphasized improving customer experience, service quality, and online presence as critical factors for sector growth.

The meeting emphasized the role of data-driven approaches and artificial intelligence in strengthening the sector.
